Mark Duren
Mark Duren is the Managing Shareholder at Lutz. He began his career in 1985. He previously managed Lutz's audit and tax departments. In 2015, he took over as the firm's Managing Shareholder and continues to serve in this role. Mark leads the firm, working with Lutz's executive committee and board of directors. In addition, he consults on business transition matters and partners with clients, providing business solutions to help them succeed.
