Lutz tech adds Nelson, Schlachter and Wilson
Lutz, a Nebraska-based business solutions firm, recently added Cody Nelson, Kim Schlachter and Devin Wilson to its Tech division.
Cody joins the team as a Project Technician. He is responsible for supporting and coordinating the activities of client’s contractors/vendors to ensure the successful completion of each project. In addition, he will work with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and develop solutions to improve product performance and functionality. Nelson has over three years of experience in technology. He works in Lutz’s Omaha office.
Kim joins the team as a Service Desk Engineer in Lutz’s Grand Island office. She is responsible for troubleshooting deep technical issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and providing remote support for clients’ workstations and servers. In addition, she helps manage escalated incident and service requests, as well as user communication to improve IT processes and business efficiency. Graduating from Central Community College, she received her Associate’s degree in computer information sciences and support services.
Devin joins the team as a Service Desk Technician remotely. He is responsible for servicing the helpdesk to resolve immediate technical issues, maintain network infrastructure, and provide remote support for clients’ workstations and servers. In addition, he provides IT support and incident tracking for Lutz Tech clients. Wilson has over two years of experience in technology.
