Emily Hansen

Emily Hansen, Director of Firm Administration, began her career in 2004.  After gaining experience in sales and event coordination, she now leads the firm’s administrative operations and plays an essential role in keeping Lutz running smoothly. 

Leading the firm’s administrative team, Emily ensures people across all divisions are supported by efficient processes, clear communication, and a responsive operations structure. She takes pride in building strong teams, optimizing internal workflows, and creating systems that allow others to do their best work. 

At Lutz, Emily also plays a central role in shaping the employee experience. From holiday parties to deadline celebrations, she brings energy and intention to every event she plans. Her thoughtful approach helps foster connection, boost morale, and strengthen the culture that makes Lutz a great place to work. 

Emily lives in Omaha, NE, with her husband, Joe, their children, Wyatt and Clara, and their dogs, Gus and Tucker. Outside the office, she enjoys walking the dogs, cheering at baseball games, chauffeuring kids to their activities, supporting the Kansas City Chiefs, and traveling.
