Samantha Clausen

Samantha Clausen, Recruiting Coordinator, began her career in 2023. With a human resources background in employee support and organizational development, she brings a well-rounded perspective to Lutz’s campus recruiting efforts and internship coordination.

Focused on building strong connections, Samantha leads the Lutz Tech internship program and additionally supports recruiting efforts for accounting, finance, data analytics, and marketing interns. She also assists with hiring experienced professionals in the technology division. From campus career fairs to candidate outreach, she’s passionate about finding the right fit for every role and contributing to the growth of the firm.

Samantha lives in Omaha, NE. Outside of work, she stays active, whether that’s golfing, going for a run, or exploring new places. She’s a sports enthusiast who loves spending time with friends, family, and cheering on her favorite teams.
