Sydney Watton

Sydney Watton, HR Coordinator, began her career in 2021. With experience in human resources management and coordination, she has quickly developed expertise in supporting employee success and organizational effectiveness at Lutz. 

Specializing in employee support, Sydney wears many hats—from coordinating onboarding and assisting with recruiting to managing benefits enrollment and firmwide communications. She takes pride in being a dependable and welcoming resource for team members and is known for her genuine desire to help. Whether she’s preparing for a new hire’s first day or crafting internal updates, Sydney approaches each task with care and positivity. 

She lives in Omaha, NE, with her cat, Pluto. Outside the office, Sydney enjoys going on walks, watching movies, attending concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
