Taylor Hoyt

Taylor Hoyt, Tax Manager, began her career in 2016. She has since developed expertise in tax consulting and compliance services, while also taking on leadership roles in training and development and participating in Lutz’s Women’s Committee.

Specializing in taxation, Taylor manages the daily operations of Lutz's international workforce and oversees training for interns and new staff. She collaborates with colleagues to solve complex business problems, valuing a team approach to client service. At Lutz, Taylor excels at helping others develop professionally and simplifying complicated tax issues for clients.

Taylor lives in Vermillion, SD, with her dog Allister. Outside the office, she golfs, spends time with family and friends, reads, and enjoys crafting.
