Lutz Announces 2025 Shareholder & Director Promotions

SHAREHOLDER

Adam Austin, CPA, has been promoted to Tax Shareholder. Adam leads tax engagements for privately held businesses across multiple industries, including agribusiness, manufacturing, and healthcare. He brings a thoughtful, forward-looking perspective to client service and is actively involved in firm recruiting and mentoring.

Alex Lutz has been promoted to Tech Shareholder. He plays a key leadership role in Lutz Tech, overseeing internal operations and supporting strategic initiatives across the division. Known for his people-first mindset and collaborative approach, Alex helps drive innovation, streamline processes, and align technical efforts with firmwide goals.

Steve Nebbia, CPA, has been promoted to Consulting Shareholder. He leads Lutz’s Outsourced Accounting services, providing accounting and strategic advisory solutions to businesses and nonprofits. Steve drives innovation at the firm, building scalable service models, and turning data into actionable insights.

DIRECTOR

Kayla Schulte, CPA, has been promoted to Audit Director in the Grand Island office. Kayla specializes in assurance services for employee benefit plans, nonprofits, and healthcare organizations. She is known for her thoughtful leadership, collaborative spirit, and commitment to delivering quality service.
