On May 1, 2025, we marked a meaningful milestone in our firm when Ryan Cook officially stepped into the role of Managing Shareholder, becoming the fourth person to serve in this capacity. This transition is part of a deliberate, three-year leadership plan that began in 2023, and one we approached with the same care and thoughtfulness we bring to our clients.

 

Mark will continue to support the transition in an advisory capacity through the coming year, ensuring continuity in our client relationships and internal operations. His leadership over the past decade helped guide Lutz through tremendous growth, from 150 to over 370 employees, new office expansions, and an evolution in how we deliver integrated business solutions.

 

Together, we're proud of what we've built and even more excited for what's ahead. Ryan's journey from intern to Managing Shareholder is a reflection of the culture Mark helped shape, one that empowers people to lead, grow, and take ownership.
