Lutz Ranks #2 in Accounting Today's "Best Accounting Firms to Work For" Program

Lutz was recently named one of Accounting Today’s 2018 Best Accounting Firms to Work For, placing second in the large employer category. This marks the eighth consecutive year Lutz has been recognized for this national honor. The survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the top 100 employers in the accounting industry who benefit the industry's economy, workforce, and businesses.

Last year, Lutz ranked #19 in the midsized firms category. This year, due to Lutz’s recent growth, the firm moved into the large employer category which is defined as employers with 250 plus employees.

Firms from across the country entered the two-part survey process to determine Accounting Today’s Best Accounting Firms to Work For. The survey first evaluated each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics, and then surveyed employees to measure the staff experience/satisfaction. Combined scores determined the top companies.
