New Name, Same Great People
The former McDermott & Miller offices located in Hastings, Grand Island and Omaha have officially joined forces with Lutz. The combined entity is retaining the Lutz name and now consists of approximately 250 employees in a variety of disciplines. Since its founding in 1980, Lutz has grown to be Nebraska’s largest locally owned CPA firm with offices in Omaha, Lincoln, and now Hastings and Grand Island. Lutz offers a full range of business solutions including Accounting and Tax, Technology, Mergers & Acquisitions, Recruiting and Wealth Management. “We consider the joining of forces as a brand change only. The communities of Grand Island and Hastings will have the same great people along with additional expertise as needed from our headquarters in Omaha. The combination of our two strong firms will create opportunities to serve our clients with the best industry practices and talent in Nebraska. In addition, we will be working together to introduce additional business solutions to help our clients grow and prosper,” said McDermott & Miller Managing Shareholder Andrew Janzen.
