With a strong foundation in investment guidance, retirement planning, and tax strategies from his early years as a financial advisor, he now specializes in helping businesses create effective corporate benefits programs. 

Specializing in retirement plan consulting, Austin focuses on helping businesses design programs that meet organizational objectives while enhancing employee financial well-being. He values seeing the long-term positive impact of well-crafted benefit structures, which help business owners prepare for their future, foster employee loyalty, and support financial security for all participants. 

Austin lives in Omaha, NE, with his wife Kelsey and their son Campbell. Outside the office, he can be found participating in sporting events, outdoor activities, golfing, and spending time at the park with his son.
