Callan Schultze

Callan Schultze, Internal Accounting Manager, began her career in 2016. With a background in accounting before joining Lutz, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of best practices and decision-making that serves as the foundation for her role managing the firm's internal accounting processes. 

Managing daily internal accounting operations, Callan oversees accounts payable and receivable processes, coordinates semi-monthly payroll, maintains client data, and handles internal and external billing communications. She approaches each task with a forward-thinking mindset, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency and develop solutions to complex problems. Callan takes pride in identifying process improvements that create more effective systems for both the firm and its clients. 

Callan lives in Omaha, NE, with her husband Nick and their children Edith, Harrison, and Vivian. Outside the office, you can find her gardening, landscaping, tackling home renovation projects, and spending time outdoors.
