Christina Holton, Corporate Recruiter, began her career in 2006. With over 15 years of experience in full cycle recruiting and talent strategy, she has supported professional, technical, and leadership hiring across a wide range of industries.

Focusing on professional hiring, workforce planning, and candidate experience, Christina manages the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes everything from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and guiding them through offers and onboarding. She partners closely with leaders across the firm to align hiring efforts with business goals while building and maintaining a strong internal talent pipeline. Christina recognizes the importance of developing future talent and works to ensure Lutz has the right people in place, so clients consistently receive the top‑tier service and expertise they expect. She values being part of career‑defining decisions and takes pride in supporting both candidates and leaders through meaningful hiring conversations.

Christina lives in Omaha, NE, with her husband, Chrestien; their daughters, Aaliyah and Ciana; and their dog, Aiden. Outside the office, she spends time with family, supports her girls’ activities, and visits new restaurants and coffee shops.
