Curt Topf, Business Development Director, began his career in 2001. With a background in sales leadership and over 14 years in IT managed services, he brings a deep understanding of how to align Lutz’s solutions with client goals to his role. 

Focusing on client development and revenue strategy, Curt identifies new business opportunities and maintains strong relationships with existing clients across various industries. He collaborates across divisions to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each organization. He values helping clients succeed and takes pride in mentoring team members to grow in their roles. The ever-evolving nature of business development keeps him challenged, engaged, and continuously learning. 

At Lutz, Curt approaches business development with a steady, relationship-first mindset. Known for his thoughtful approach and commitment to service, he helps create lasting connections grounded in trust, transparency, and shared success. 

Curt lives in Elkhorn, NE, with his wife Stacy and son Gavin. Outside the office, you can find him going to concerts, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with family.
