Gary Witt, Former Shareholder, joined Lutz in 1987 and served as President and Managing Shareholder from 1994 to 2015. Under his leadership, Lutz grew into Nebraska's largest CPA and business solutions firm, expanding the team to over 160 employees. His visionary leadership fostered a culture of excellence and employee engagement, earning Lutz multiple "Best Places to Work" recognitions.

Throughout his career, Gary specialized in mergers and acquisitions, assurance, and financial reporting for privately held businesses. His dedication to personalized client service and a commitment to achieving results helped establish Lutz’s reputation for superior service and trusted expertise.

After stepping down as Managing Shareholder, Gary continued to contribute to the firm by mentoring leadership and serving clients, ensuring a strong foundation for Lutz’s ongoing success.
