Haley Carter

Haley Carter, Audit Manager, began her career in 2017. Drawing on experience with various roles at other accounting firms, she has developed a strong financial foundation.

Specializing in assurance services, Haley leads financial statement and employee benefit plan engagements while also supporting the operations of Lutz’s Audit department. She is known for her thoughtful, detail‑oriented approach and her ability to work through issues methodically. Whether navigating operational improvements or addressing unique engagement challenges, Haley values being the person clients and colleagues rely on to help solve problems and confidently move projects forward.

Haley lives in Pittsburgh, PA, with her cat, Zeus. Outside the office, she often spends her time reading and working on puzzles.
