Jamie Pollert, Data & Reporting Analytics Manager, began his career in 2003. With extensive experience in analytics, reporting strategy, and data‑driven assessments, he has built a strong foundation in turning complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Utilizing his background in data analytics and business intelligence, Jamie leads efforts to strengthen Lutz’s internal reporting framework and ensure it adapts effectively to system updates. He reviews how core changes impact reporting, refines dashboards, and identifies opportunities to improve clarity and efficiency across the firm. Jamie appreciates the challenge of simplifying complex datasets and studying trends, evaluating performance, and uncovering ways to streamline processes and support better decision making.

Jamie lives in Omaha, NE, with his wife, Crystal, their two sons, Liam and Jack, and their dog, Cooper. Outside the office, he stays active during the winter months coaching hockey. He also spends time traveling, golfing, hunting, and fishing.
