Jim Tichota, Tax Shareholder, began his career in 1990. Since joining Lutz in 2005, he has served in key leadership roles, including tax department head and member of the board of directors, while leading the tax policy committee to ensure consistent technical excellence across the firm.

With extensive experience across industries like agribusiness, construction, and manufacturing, Jim provides tailored tax consulting and compliance services, excelling in navigating complex challenges. He takes pride in developing creative, practical solutions that align with clients' goals while fostering their long-term success.
