Jon Fagan

Jon Fagan, Chief Information Officer, began his career in 2001. Before joining Lutz, he spent 20+ years in technology leadership roles, overseeing global cloud infrastructure, AI initiatives, operations, incident management, change processes, and finance. He also built and led a public cloud practice focused on application modernization, architecture, training, and security.

Guiding the firm’s technology strategy, Jon leads cybersecurity, data and AI, infrastructure, and software investments. His focus is on making work run more smoothly, strengthening security, and giving employees and clients a better experience as the firm grows. What he enjoys most is seeing the people he works with succeed, building new capabilities that make a real difference for the business, and learning from the people he meets along the way.

Jon lives in Omaha, NE, with his wife, Sara, and their son, Arthur. Outside the office, he enjoys movies, billiards, college sports, and cooking.
