Jordan Berg

Jordan Berg, Construction Recruiter, began his career in 2015. His background includes business development, account management, and talent acquisition, working with both organizations and job seekers throughout the hiring process.

Specializing in construction and engineering recruitment, Jordan identifies talent, screens candidates, and coordinates interviews. He digs into what a company really needs, what an individual wants next in their career, and where those two line up. Handling everything from the first conversation through the final interview, he takes pride in building long-term meaningful relationships with candidates.

Jordan lives in Omaha, NE, with his wife, Ashley, their children, Kobe and Logan, and their French bulldogs, Poppy and Bruce. Outside the office, he enjoys following Husker athletics, golfing, spending time outdoors with his family, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
