Katy Doyle

Katy Doyle, Recruiting Manager, began her career in 2010. With over a decade of experience in staffing and talent management, she brings a deep understanding of finance and accounting recruitment to her role at Lutz.   

Specializing in search and staffing, Katy focuses on connecting clients with skilled professionals across accounting, finance, and other business roles. A matchmaker at heart, she values building lasting relationships and takes pride in finding candidates who align with both the role and the company’s culture. Known for her thoughtful, people-first approach, Katy creates a recruiting experience that’s both effective and personal for everyone involved. 

Katy lives in Omaha, NE, with her husband, Ryan, their son, Jack, and their three dogs, Lulu, Tiki, and Bella. Outside the office, you can find her enjoying her women’s dinner club or entertaining guests in their backyard pool oasis during the summer.
