Lindsey Sparks

Lindsey Sparks, Recruiter, began her career in 2021. With prior experience in marketing and development across corporate and nonprofit settings, she brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to talent acquisition. 

Connecting top talent with the right opportunities, Lindsey taps into a range of recruiting strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. She collaborates closely with hiring managers to align on expectations and conducts interviews to assess both skills and cultural fit. Her favorite part of the job is hearing from a candidate after they’ve settled into their new role—knowing she helped create a connection that matters. 

She lives in Elkhorn, NE, with her two children, Keane and Pruett, and Pops, a foster Weimaraner. Outside the office, Lindsey enjoys cheering on Husker volleyball and KU basketball, reading, watching her kids’ activities, volunteering, and spending time at the pool.
