MaKayla Rolf, HR Consulting Manager, began her career in 2018. She brings years of hands-on experience with employee relations and organizational development to her role.

Specializing in outsourced HR, MaKayla works alongside business leaders on employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, and workforce planning. She consults with clients and helps them find solutions that support both the business and its employees. She enjoys learning how different industries operate and carrying those lessons from one client to the next.

MaKayla lives in Omaha, NE, with her fiancé, Josh, and their Old English sheepdog, Maple. Outside the office, she spends time with family and friends, bakes sourdough, tackles home DIY projects, and practices yoga.
