Matt Schultz, Business Development Manager, began his career in 2000. With over 25 years of sales experience spanning business development, account management, sales leadership, and coaching, he brings deep expertise in helping organizations navigate complex business challenges and achieve strategic growth.

Leveraging his extensive background, Matt partners with business owners and leaders across construction, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, and nonprofit industries. He specializes in identifying organizational limitations and connecting clients with Lutz's full range of business solutions. Matt finds genuine satisfaction in solving problems that unlock an organization's potential and enable them to focus on what they do best.

Matt lives in Council Bluffs, IA, with his wife Shellie. Their two children, Olivia and Mitch, are attending the University of Iowa. Outside the office, you can find him golfing and spending time at the lake with family and friends.
