Matt Topolski

Matt Topolski, Principal Engineer, began his career in 2014 as a Lutz intern. He then expanded his expertise with development bootcamp followed by engineering roles with various websites and startups. He returned to Lutz in 2023 with a broadened skillset and a fresh perspective, now focused on finding innovative, cross-functional tech solutions that create meaningful impact.

Specializing in software engineering and process automation, Matt collaborates with teams across service lines to streamline workflows, remove technical roadblocks, and drive forward major internal initiatives. He approaches problems like puzzles, and thrives on building smart, scalable systems that make life easier for clients and coworkers alike.

Outside the office, you’ll find Matt on the disc golf course, playing music, or meeting up with his weekly D&D group.
