Mike Luce, Data Analytics Manager, began his career in 2015. He brings a diverse background spanning education, finance, supply chain, and IT roles. This range of experience gives him a well-rounded perspective on how businesses operate.
 
Focusing on data analytics and operational development, Mike helps guide projects from concept through delivery while keeping people and outcomes at the center. He supports team development, ensures quality in deliverables, and works closely with colleagues to turn data into clear, useful insights for clients. Mike values helping his team do their best work and enjoys translating that into actionable results that move the needle.
 
Mike lives in Omaha, NE, with his wife, Maisie, their three kids, Sawyer, Auliette, and Griffin, and their dog, Mochi. Outside the office, he coaches youth sports, spends time with family at the farm, and enjoys board games, D&D, and painting.
