Payton Coughlin

Payton Coughlin, Recruiting Coordinator, began her career in 2023. She started her journey at Lutz, gaining experience as a Client Resource Assistant prior to her current role.

Focusing on campus recruiting and internship program coordination, Payton supports efforts to attract and develop future talent at Lutz. She represents the firm at recruiting events, builds relationships with students and university partners, and helps create positive experiences for interns throughout their time with the firm. Payton values building meaningful connections and takes pride in helping individuals succeed while showcasing what makes Lutz a great place to build a career.

Payton lives in Omaha, NE, with her fiancé, Ben. Outside the office, she enjoys trying new workout classes, traveling, spending time outdoors, and making memories with family and friends.
