Rob Scott

Rob Scott, Training Manager, began his career in 2008. With hands-on experience across multiple technical roles within Lutz Tech—including Help Desk, Project Team, and Escalation Engineering—he brings a comprehensive understanding of the division's systems, services, and team needs to his role. 

Overseeing the development and delivery of Lutz Tech’s training programs, Rob equips interns and team members with the tools they need to thrive in a fast-paced Managed Service Provider environment. He also assists with urgent projects and helps manage overflow work to ensure client needs are met efficiently. Rob values the variety each day brings and enjoys collaborating with a motivated, high-performing team to solve problems and drive continuous improvement. 

Rob lives in Omaha, NE. Outside the office, he’s a passionate sports fan and is on a mission to visit every NFL and MLB stadium in the country.
