Focusing on retirement plan services, Shannon helps participants navigate their investment options and plan for their futures. She values the opportunity to answer questions and guide people through their retirement planning journey, ensuring they understand the steps toward financial security. 

Shannon lives in Omaha, NE, with her spouse Karyn and their pets, Sarge and Bryzzo. A dedicated Cubs fan, she shares her family's passion for Chicago baseball.
