Lutz adds Cross, Kilthau, Rokusek, and Vandenbroucke

Lutz, a Nebraska-based business solutions firm, recently added Tashina Cross, Zach Kilthau, Cody Rokusek, and Emma Vandenbroucke to its Accounting division.

Cross joins the Omaha office as a Client Advisory Services Manager. She is responsible for delivering outsourced controller services and overseeing month-end close processes. Additionally, she reviews profit and loss trend reports and delivers clear communication of financial changes to boards and key stakeholders. With over 19 years of accounting experience, Tashina brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by an extensive background in client service, financial operations leadership, and internal accounting management across both public and industry environments.

Kilthau joins the firm as a Senior Accountant in the Client Advisory Services department. In this role, he provides outsourced accounting services, compiles financial statements, and offers accounting assistance, including QuickBooks support and payroll compliance. Zach earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on accounting and management from Midland University. He works in the Omaha office.

Rokusek joins the Lincoln office as a Staff Accountant in the Audit department. He supports clients by delivering reliable financial reporting while upholding strong standards of objectivity and confidentiality across a range of industries. Cody earned a master’s degree in professional accountancy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Vandenbroucke joins the Omaha office as a Staff Accountant in the Client Advisory Services department. She is responsible for providing outsourced accounting services and QuickBooks support to clients. Emma graduated from Wayne State College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an emphasis on public accounting.
