Lutz adds Phothisane and Rolf

Lutz, a Nebraska-based business solutions firm, recently added Sackey Phothisane and MaKayla Rolf to the firm.

Phothisane joins the Grand Island office as a Service Desk Engineer. He is responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and providing support for client workstations and servers. In addition, Sackey manages escalated service requests and helps clients optimize their technology environments to improve efficiency and business continuity. Phothisane brings more than a decade of IT support experience and holds the CompTIA A+ certification.

Rolf joins the Omaha office as an HR Consulting Manager. She provides strategic HR consulting and Outsourced HR services to clients, advising business leaders on employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, leadership development, and workforce planning. In addition, MaKayla helps organizations align their people strategies with business goals. Rolf earned a bachelor's degree in business management, with a concentration in human resources management, from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
