Lutz Receives 2023 Business Excellence Award in Innovation

Lutz is honored to be named a recipient of a Greater Omaha Chamber 2023 Business Excellence Award in Innovation. The award is part of an annual tradition recognizing area organizations in Innovation, Leadership, Philanthropy, and Sustained Excellence.

“Thriving communities rely on businesses to drive innovation, generate employment opportunities, and foster social connections. Attributing success to hard work and dedication, we proudly recognize the 17 organizations being honored today as more than just excellent - they are truly exceptional,” said Tim Burke, interim president, and CEO, of Greater Omaha Chamber.

Over 70 companies were nominated for the awards this year, with just 17 businesses identified as recipients, “trailblazers who go above and beyond every day,” according to event organizers.

“We are thrilled to be recipients of the Business Excellence Award in Innovation. Our people are the heart of our business, and retaining top talent will continually challenge the industry and Lutz, impacting our growth strategy. After recognizing that much of our top talent has been developed through our internship program, we recently put a hyper-focus on the resources and brainpower that go into this program. We aim to provide our interns with confidence, guidance, and clarity that will benefit them and our firm for years to come,” said Human Resources Manager Robby Renshaw.
