Lutz, a Nebraska-based business solutions firm, recently added Zack Johnson, Jeremy Nelson and Kevin Watke to its Tech division.
As Service Desk Technicians, they will be responsible for servicing the helpdesk to resolve immediate technical issues, maintain network infrastructure, and provide remote support for clients’ workstations and servers. In addition, they provide IT support and incident tracking for Lutz Tech clients.
Johnson studied computer science at Oregon State University and has previous experience as a computer technician. Nelson is studying computer information systems at Bellevue University and previously interned with Lutz Tech during the summer of 2022. Watke studied computer science at the University of Nebraska-Omaha and received his CompTIA A+ certification.
