Jeff Paesl

Jeff Paesl, Audit Director, began his career in 2011. Since starting with Lutz, he has advanced to his current position, playing a key role in department operations. A graduate of the 2015 AICPA Leadership Academy, Jeff has established himself as a leader in the audit profession. 

Specializing in accounting and assurance services, Jeff focuses on privately held companies and Sanitary Improvement Districts. He provides comprehensive solutions, including property tax protests and consulting services for developers, fiscal agents, and attorneys. Jeff values growing alongside his clients and helping them make sense of complex issues. 

At Lutz, Jeff's understanding of context enables him to solve intricate challenges effectively. His ability to see the full picture while empathizing with clients' needs has established him as a trusted advisor in the SID community. 

Jeff lives in Omaha, NE, with his wife and three children. Outside the office, he can be found spending time with family and friends.
