Jen Egan

Jen Egan, Chief Financial Officer, began her career in 1995. She brings more than two decades of executive finance leadership experience, guiding organizations through an IPO, strategic transactions, and periods of significant transformation.

 As Chief Financial Officer, Jen leads the firm's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and financial reporting. She partners with firm leadership to support strategic decision-making, strengthen operational processes, and help position Lutz for continued growth while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

At Lutz, Jen brings a talent for making the complex simple. As a naturally curious learner, she enjoys connecting the dots and uncovering insights, helping others see new possibilities. She finds the greatest fulfillment in helping people and organizations thrive.

Jen lives in Omaha, NE, with her husband, Rob, their children, Stone and Lulu, and dogs Duke and Lucy. Outside of work, Jen's favorite place to be is with her family. She enjoys road trips, live music, movies, long walks, exploring bookstores and coffee shops, and joining her husband in the hunt for treasures for his antique business.
