Susie Krause, Client Advisory Services Consultant and Former Shareholder, began her career in public accounting in 1985. Her dedication to continuous learning and natural ability to streamline complex processes helped establish innovative solutions for challenges while building and shaping Lutz's Client Advisory Services (CAS) Department.

Throughout her career, Susie demonstrated exceptional leadership in modernizing accounting practices, including the implementation of QuickBooks. Her expertise spans business consulting, outsourced accounting, and payroll planning across multiple industries, including agribusiness, construction, healthcare practices, and family office services. As Department Head for over 15 years and a member of the firm's Compensation Committee, her genuine commitment to understanding client needs and developing team members has created a lasting impact on the firm's culture and capabilities.
