Clausen joins the firm administration department as a Recruiting Coordinator. She leads the Lutz Tech internship program and supports recruiting efforts for accounting, finance, data analytics, and marketing, representing Lutz at college career fairs and networking events to identify talent that aligns with the firm's culture and values. Graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, she earned her bachelor's degree in marketing.
Grennan joins the firm as an Operations Associate. She supports process improvements across departments by streamlining workflows, integrating new technologies, and assisting with training. Taylor also helps coordinate team operations throughout the year, especially during peak tax deadline seasons. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, and information technology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
