Lutz adds Luce, Scholting, Schmidt, and Troia

Lutz, a Nebraska-based business solutions firm, recently added Mike Luce, Gage Scholting, Ryan Schmidt, and Dane Troia to its Omaha office.

Luce joins the firm’s Tech division as a Data Analytics Manager. In this role, he supports project delivery, develops team members, and helps clients make better use of their data. He also partners with teammates to keep projects moving and improve overall outcomes. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree from Central College.

Scholting joins the firm’s Tech division as a Data Analyst. His responsibilities include developing and updating client reports, troubleshooting data issues, and helping ensure reporting aligns with client standards. He works closely with the team to deliver accurate, reliable insights across a variety of industries. Gage graduated from South Dakota State University and earned his master’s degree in data science.

Schmidt joins the firm’s Financial division as an Investment Advisor. He works with clients to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, covering areas like investment, tax, retirement, and estate planning. He also helps educate retirement plan participants and supports individuals as they work toward their long-term financial goals. Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Troia joins the firm’s Tech division as a Software Engineer. In this role, he focuses on developing and maintaining Lutz’s Locator tool, helping ensure it runs smoothly and delivers accurate results. He works through complex problems and contributes to solutions that create real impact for the team and clients. Dane earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
