Lutz adds Six and Transitions Two in its Tech Division

Lutz, a Nebraska-based business solutions firm, recently added Nicholas Barger, Ben Monday, Benson Moul, Dana Reistoffer, Kennadi Ross, Julia Tatten, and transitioned Riley Knight and Jeremy Matuszewski to new roles on its Tech team.

Barger joins the Omaha office as a Service Desk Technician. His primary responsibilities include servicing the helpdesk to resolve immediate technical issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and providing remote support for clients’ workstations and servers. Nicholas graduated from Full Sail University with a bachelor’s degree in computer games and programming.

Knight has transitioned to an Account Manager position in the Omaha office. In his new role, he is responsible for recommending hardware and software solutions, communicating relevant IT industry changes, and building strong client relationships to support long-term growth and success. Riley joined Lutz as an intern in 2020. He has over 5 years of experience serving as a project manager and project coordinator in Lutz’s Tech division.

Matuszewski has transitioned to a Project Technician role in the Omaha office. He is responsible for supporting and coordinating the activities of clients’ contractors/vendors to ensure the successful completion of each project. In addition, he works with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and develop solutions to improve product performance and functionality. Jeremy started as an intern with Lutz in 2020 and brings over five years of experience in tech support to the role. 

Monday joins the firm remotely as a Service Desk Technician. He is responsible for servicing the helpdesk to resolve immediate technical issues, maintain network infrastructure, and provide remote support for clients’ workstations and servers. Ben earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.

Moul joins the Grand Island office as an Account Manager. He is responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers, supporting client satisfaction and retention through timely issue resolution, and delivering tailored technology strategies that align with each client’s goals and evolving business needs. Benson attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and earned a bachelor’s degree in criminology and criminal justice.

Reistoffer joins the firm remotely as a Service Desk Engineer. She is responsible for troubleshooting deep technical issues and providing remote support for clients’ workstations and servers. Dana graduated from Metropolitan Community College with a microcomputer support specialist degree. 

Ross joins the Lincoln office as a Service Desk Technician. In this role, she supports the helpdesk by addressing day-to-day technical issues, assisting with the upkeep of network systems, and delivering remote support for client workstations and servers. Kennadi graduated from Northeast Community College with an associate’s degree in applied sciences. 

Tatten joins the Omaha office as a Project Coordinator. She is responsible for planning and implementing IT projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing infrastructure and application maintenance. She also collaborates closely with internal teams and clients to help organizations meet their technology goals. Julia is passionate about digital transformation and has over two years of experience helping residential and commercial construction organizations adopt technology that drives efficiency.
