Our Agri-Business Group is a leader in agriculture accounting and financial statement preparation.

We also provide our agriculture clients with income tax preparation and tax planning services drawing on our extensive experience and training. We assist farmers and agribusiness owners in structuring business entities, which allow efficient operation of the business while being sensitive of their desire to minimize taxes and exposure to liability. We have industry-specific knowledge on agricultural employment taxes and other agriculture sales tax matters. We work on agribusiness succession and estate planning matters. Drawing on our expertise in agriculture, we consult with agri-business owners on an ever-increasing range of business planning and management issues. We also provide services such as computer accounting software implementation and training, business valuation services, employee benefit and compensation planning and retirement plan consulting. We also work closely with agriculture lenders on financing and expansion proposals.

The Lutz Agri-Business Group has affiliations and representations with several agriculture organizations. Our members frequently consult with farmers and agri-business owners to improve productivity and profitability.
