Lutz tech adds kinney, rasmussen and selby
Kyle joins the firm as a Service Desk Technician. He is responsible for providing onsite support to Lutz Tech clients. He will also be installing, assessing, and troubleshooting computer equipment. In addition, he services the helpdesk to resolve immediate technical issues and provide IT support and incident tracking. Graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Kyle received his Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management.
Grace joins the firm as a Data Analyst. Her primary responsibilities include exploring, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support customer needs. In addition, she will consult with Data Analytics clients to help them better leverage their data and gain actionable insights through reporting and analytics. Previously, Grace interned with Lutz from July 2021 to January 2022. Graduating from Regis University, she received her Bachelor’s degree in mathematics.
Will joins the team as a Service Desk Engineer. He is responsible for troubleshooting deep technical issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and providing remote support for clients’ workstations and servers. In addition, he helps manage escalated incident and service requests, as well as user communication to improve IT processes and business efficiency. Will has over 20 years of experience providing IT and technical support.
